In keeping with tradition, ICNMTA2008 comprised oral and poster contributions, and was supplemented by high level invited and review presentations.

The scope of the 3rd Proton Beam Writing Workshop includes the following topics: proton beam writing facilities and performance, proton beam writing theory (beam optics, interactions with materials etc) and proton beam writing applications (photonics, fluidics, lab-on-a-chip, micro/nanostructuring, imprinting etc).
